Green Bay is in Wisconsin, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Green Bay follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

What I ordered did not match what was delivered. I understand the need to make substitutions, but it was not comparable in size or the types of flowers at all.

Ordering the flowers for an out of state relative was fairly easy and I was happy with customer service when I had to make call to change a phone number, But when the recipient’s daughter sent pictures, we were quite disappointed. I understand that the flowers are not going to look exactly like the photo on the website, but they did not measure up at all. The vase of flowers pictured on the website was lush and full, brimming with flowers, but the vase she received was way less than half the blooms pictured. Very disappointing, especially for the price we paid.
